Level 2 Practical - SBR Shooting Sports Staff Only

This course is for Summit Bechtel National Scout Reserve (SBR) Shooting Sports staff only.  SBR shooting sports staff may choose to complete either the USA Level 1 or Level 2 course.  Level 1 is not a prerequisite for the level 2 course.

The level 2 course has two parts - online learning and in-person practical.  You must complete both portions for certification.

Prior to the practical, you must complete the following:

1. USA Archery level 2 online learning at the link below
2. Center for SafeSport training
3. USA Archery background screening
4. become a USA Archery or National Field Archery Association member 

The training requisites below include fees which are paid only through the USA Archery website and are not covered by SBR.  There is no additional cost for the practical for SBR shooting sports staff.  Register for the course and review website for current fees.

The online learning portion can be found at the link below.  Follow the instructions on the site to create an account or log in to an existing account.  Online training must be completed prior the practical.

The in-person practical can be completed at SBR in the evenings pending scheduled time off.  It may be held at the Scout Camp archery range or Summit Experience archery area as available.
