Arrow Minded Outdoors is hosting a Texas Outdoor Target Series Tournament! Shooting will consist of the "Texas 1080" round with 2 or 3 rounds of 36 arrows... your first round counts for score, and the best of your second two rounds scores. (Only the first two rounds would be eligible for records.)
Gate will be open for warm-up at 8am. Start time is 9am.
Age divisions are based on birthday of the calendar year. For example, if you turn 17 on December 31st, 2024, you are not eligible for the U17 class and must shoot U21.
New for this year is the addition of Fixed Pin classes for Senior and Master divisions! This class is very similar to NFAA's Bowhunter Freestyle division, and is defined on the third section of this website: https://www.usarchery.org/events/rules
If you have already registered and/or accidentally registered for the wrong class, just shoot us an e-mail ([email protected]) and we will fix it on the internal registry. UNFORTUNATELY we cannot fix it within Sport:80. Also, be sure that your scorecard has the matching information.
Some quick notes regarding our range:
We will have water on site, but encourage everyone to bring their own hydration.
Please do not wear open-toed shoes, especially for the archers walking up and down the field. Stickers/briars are abundant in the area, as well as small critters. Short-top shoes (like Hey Dudes) are fine, the grass will be cut short.
Please bring your own portable chairs! We have some shade in the spectator area, but encourage everyone to bring umbrellas and/or portable canopies.
Please note there is a discrepancy in Google Maps. Do NOT enter the address... instead search for "Arrow Minded Outdoors". There are two light blue flags on each side of our entrance, directly off FM 1863.
