2024 Pennsylvania State JOAD Indoor Championship - West

Bill’s Archery Center JOAD Archers are hosting the JOAD Indoor.

       This is the West portion of the state JOAD Championship.

Must be a JOAD Club member

All OUT of STATE archers need to register as a GUEST

Fee - $40 per person

Late fee $50.  Starts on April 13, 2024

Registration closed on April 10, 2024

No walk-in registrations the day of the tournament!

Divisions: Fixed Pin, Recurve & Compound

Classifications: All archers will shoot 18m. U10, U13, U15, U18, and U21

Venue is a Non-Smoking Facility

No pets allowed except service dogs.

Shooting Schedule is posted separately on Web Site.

Will have 2 ends of practice

Hosting an A/B line

4 archers per target butt

Check in – Inside the range. Will open 1 hr. before shooting

Equipment inspection will be completed before shooting begins

Food ~~ Concession stand will offer a menu, snacks and drinks

Double paper scoring

Awards will be mailed out after Western Pa. Shoots on April 13

Refunds will have a service charge.

Will follow USAA dress code

 Tournament Format:

 Everyone will be shooting a 60 arrow JOAD Indoor 18m round

Recurve will be shooting on a 60cm(U15 and younger), or 40 cm or Triangular spot target.

Compound archers and U18 and up will be shooting on a 40 cm or Triangular spot target.

Fixed Pin archers will be shooting on a 40 cm

Archers will have 2 minutes to shoot 3 arrows

There will be 10sec. to go from waiting line to shooting line.

This event will follow USA Archery JOAD rules

JOAD Target face:

Recurve        U10, U13, U15  60cm; U18, U21 40 cm or triangular spot

                  Compound:  U10, U13 40cm; U15, U18,U21 40cm or triangular spot
