Current USAA membership. NFAA must obtain a temporary membership at no cost from USAA website.
Registrant Fees:
$65.00 registration thru 7/28/2023 12:00p.m.
$100.00 late registration thru 8/11/2023 12:00p.m.
REFUNDS: by July 28th, 2023. There is a 30% administrative fee assessed for all refunds. Sport 80 and Stripe fees are non-refundable.
REGISTRATION DIVISION and DISCIPLINE CHANGE FEES
Should you register your child incorrectly and need division, age categories etc. changed, a NEW change order fee will be charged. Please ask questions in advance if you are unsure of how to register. The $10 fee will be charged before the changes occur. Each change will be assessed the $10 fee.
All changes shall be made by 8/18/2023.
Rules:
USA Archery Dress Code and all World Archery FITA rules will apply.
SPECTATORS/COACHES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ARCHERS AREA AT ANY TIME. PLEASE REVIEW THE ATTACHED USA ARCHER MAAPP POLICY. PLEASE REMAIN SEATED OR STAND BEHIND THE SPECTATORS’ CHAIRS SO EVERYONE MAY ENJOY WATCHING. YOU MAY NOT ASSIST YOUR ARCHERS WITH HANGING THEIR TARGETS.

Health Protocols:
The event shall follow all California Health guidelines and Sacramento County Health guidelines. Mask wearing shall be at the preference of the archers/spectators. Masks WILL NOT be provided by the host.
Target Assignments:
Targets assignments will be posted Adjacent to the parking lot. You may find your target assignments online at www.betweenends.com. Please check your age category and discipline for accuracy. Any change MUST be made prior to August 18th.
Upon Arrival:
There is no check in or registration. Please find a seat near your assigned target and prepare yourself and/bow for equipment inspections.

In preparation for the upcoming 2023 27th Annual Grapestakes Tournament this email is a formal reminder that all registered competitors and event personnel at a USA Archery sanctioned event are required to adhere to the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies for the duration of the event.
SafeSport Reporting: Reporting misconduct is vital to protecting athletes and preventing further incidents.
· Sexual Misconduct: If you have a reasonable suspicion that child sexual abuse or neglect has occurred, the first step should be to make a report to law enforcement. Please also report sexual misconduct to the U.S. Center for SafeSport here: https://uscenterforsafesport.org/report-a-concern/
· All Other Forms of Misconduct Including Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies: please complete the USA Archery Athlete Safety Reporting Form and submit to [email protected].
