Pa State JOAD Indoor Tournament

• All OUT of STATE archers need to register as a GUEST
• We will be having In-State awards and Out of State awards
• JOAD PA States @ Crowfoot: Saturday @ 8:30am, 12pm & 4pm 
• JOAD PA States @ Palmyra : Sunday  10am & 2pm,
• Late register starts  March 28, 2022
• Registration will close April 2, 2022
• Registration fee is $35. 
• Late registration is $40. Starting March 28
• We will be offer awards for Merit class/Achievement pins too. 
• Email Cindy to confirm your Merit class/Acievement pin.
• There will be no official practice. 3 end practice 
• Must follow CDC guidelines.
• All participants will be required to agree to a waiver during registration
• Crowfoot and Palmyra is a Non-Smoking Facility
• Please check-in at registration table upon arrival.
• Registration will open 1 hr. before shooting.
• There will be double scoring.  Palmyra will have electronic scoring along with a scorecard. Scorecard is official. Crowfoot will have paper scorecards.  
• Equipment inspection will be completed before shooting begins
• Food:
  • Both locations will offer a concession stand.
  • Food will be allowed in the shooting range but not pass the shooting line.  
• Awards will be handed out upon completion at Palmyra or mailed. 
• Refunds will have a service charge.

Tournament Format:

• Distance will be 18 meters, except Yeoman @ 9 meter
• Recurve Cadet & Jr. Archers have a choice of a 40cm single-spot or triangular 3-spot 
• Recurve Bowman , Cub & Yeoman 9m & 18m  will shoot a 60cm target 
• All Compound Archers will shoot a 40cm single-spot or triangle 3-spot
• ALL Compound archers will shoot inner ten ring 
• ALL Recurve archers will shoot outer ten ring
• We will be hosting an “AB “& “CD”  line
• Will have 2 minutes to shoot 3 arrows
• Will have 10sec. to go from waiting line to shooting line.
• Will be following World archery rules
