Regional Elite Camp Registration Fees for Coach Observers

Coach Observer fee includes field of play access and coach instruction. All Observers(coaches and parents) will be required to have a USA Archery Adult Membership, completed USA Archery Background Screening and U.S. Center for SafeSport training on file with USA Archery.The Observer Registration fees are:

Registration Options

• Coach Observer Regular Registration(not the coach of any archer at camp) - $110
• Personal Coach Registration(personal coach of 1 or more archers at camp) - $50
  
• Parent Personal Coach Registration(Parent who also coaches their child in attendance at camp) - $50

**No Observers are allowed to shoot at the venue and during camp.

All Registrations are payable to USA Archery by August 4th.

Training Site

Saturday Aug 5th – 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Sunday Aug 6th – 8:30 AM - 5 PM

Lodging

There is no room block for this camp.

Smith College curates a page on their website of local accommodations.  Look Park is about 1.5 miles from Smith College so any accommodations listed on this page will be relevant.  https://www.smith.edu/about-smith/visiting-smith/local-accommodations

Ground Transportation

Archers, parents and personal coaches are responsible for their own transportation from the hotel to the training venue each day.

NOTE: Personal Coaches who are not the parent or legal guardian of a minor will not be permitted to transport minor athletes per USA Archery’s Minor Athlete Abuse and Prevention Policy without a parental consent form on file with USA Archery.

Parents

Parents who are not personal coaches are welcome to attend as observer’s but will not have access to the field of play or have meals provided. Parents will be required to  complete the USA Archery Background Screening and free U.S. Center for SafeSport training.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations 60 days before the beginning of the camp will result in a 15% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made within 30 days of the camp will result in a 75% cancellation fee. Any cancellations made 15 days prior to camp no refund.

Note: Parents can observe from a distance and not participate at no cost.
