Level 1 Practical @ Torrington High School - CONNECTICUT (John Lawrence)

USA Archery Level 1 for Torrington High School staff / students only. Will cover basic fundamentals required for a Level 1 Instructor Certification including a review of the National Training System (NTS) as required knowledge for a Level 1, knowledge of a recurve bow and arrow parts, stringing and unstringing a recurve bow safely, student and instructor relationships on and off the range, setting up and safely running an archery range, shooting the bow and arrow and maintenance of an archery range and equipment. Successful completion of the USA Archery Level 1 online course is required prior to registering for the Level 1 Sanctioned Practical Course/Test. Cost for the Practical Test is $125. Course is taught by Coach John Lawrence, USA Archery & NFAA Level 4 NTS-Coach.
