2021 USA Archery Virginia State Outdoor Championship

The USA Archery Virginia State Outdoor Championship is open to all ages including youth ages.

Event will be held at Tucker Park at Maidens Crossing on Sunday August 29 and start at 9am with equipment inspections and practice rounds. Followed immediately by scoring rounds.

(This location is only 1 mile south of Goochland Virginia on Rt 522 at the James River)

The east side of Tucker Park features our archery park that is suitable for practice and warmups before the tournament. The west side of the park is where the event will be held and also has parking, a dog park and a playground.

The two sides of the park are connected by a new walkway that goes under rt. 522

Archers will shoot 72 arrows for score from their designated shooting for their age and equipment divisions. 

Award ceremony will follow the competition as soon as all scores are turned in and verified. We will not be offering electronic scoring for this event, all scores will be double scoring on paper scorecards.

Concessions are scheduled to be available for purchase from our local American Legion Post.

Registration closes the Tuesday before the tournament so we may prepare the awards and scorecards.
