USA Archery (USAA) is led by an elected ten-person Board of Directors. Members of the Board of Directors must be members of USAA who are at least eighteen years old and U.S. citizens. Members of the Board of Directors elected hold office for a four-year term and are not eligible to be elected to serve more than two consecutive four-year terms, but may, after a one-year absence from membership on the Board, be re-elected.

Bill Corbin - Chairman
Bill has served as CEO of various companies, and has a successful 22-year track record of revitalizing, developing and growing companies – with specific experience in transforming underperforming organizations into top profit centers. Bill currently holds degrees from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business (with distinction), an MS in Organizational Management from Pfeiffer University, and a BS in Liberal Arts from State University of New York (Albany). Bill currently resides in Mooresville, North Carolina.
Derek Davis - Director
Derek has been involved with archery as a competitor since 1996, and he began coaching at Columbia University in 2003 as an assistant. In 2004, Derek took over as Head Coach and led the team to their first national championship. Derek has attained his Level 3 certification, with plans to go for Level 4 when the course is offered, and was named a Regional High Performance Coach for New York. Derek experience as Columbia Head Coach includes budgeting, fundraising, mentoring, and community service. Derek currently resides in Far Rockaway, New York.
Belinda Foxworth - Director
Belinda brings a wealth of business experience to the USA Archery Board. Currently, Belinda is Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for US Power Generating Company. In that role, Belinda serves on the executive management team and is responsible for defining and executing the company’s investment strategy. Belinda holds degrees from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Georgetown University Law Center, and Rollins College. Belinda also serves on the Board of Directors of Jackson Symphony Orchestra, and currently resides in New York, New York.
Tom Green - Director
Tom has been involved in archery most of his life, as an archer, coach, team leader and judge, and he has attended events all around the world in one of these roles. In 1990, he became a Judge and in 1995 a FITA Judge. Tom has also service as a member on the Officials & Rules Committee for many years and is currently Chair of that committee. Tom currently resides in Wilton, California.
Christine McCartney - Director
From 1983 to 1995, Christine managed the USAA operations at the NGB headquarters in Colorado Springs as its Executive Director. Subsequently, as the Director of Programs to 2001, she was actively involved with the work of every USAA Committee. In 1985, she started the NAA Newsletter which served as a valuable communication link between the membership and the NAA administration. When the NAA Foundation was incorporated, she served as its Secretary and assisted with setting up the NAA Club Grant Program. She served as Secretary of the American Archery Council for five years, was a Regional Judge for two years, co-sharing the annual JOAD award in 1999. She was a member of the USOC delegation at the 1991 Pan American Games in Cuba and at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, serving as the Athlete Housing Coordinator in the former and Secretariat for the Archery Championships in the latter. She attended Ithaca, NY schools and earned a business degree from the Rochester Business Institute. Christine currently resides in Newfield, NY and is employed by Cayuga Addiction Recovery Services in Trumansburg, New York.
Denise Parker - Director
Denise Parker was a member of the 1988, 1992 and 2000 Olympic Teams and served as NBC’s commentator for their coverage of the 2004 Olympic archery competition in Athens. She was employed by Hoyt as Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2001. After leaving Hoyt, she worked for the Archery Trade Association as Director of Marketing and Director of the ATA Trade Show between 2001 to May of 2007. She recently left the ATA to start her own event marketing company, DP Event Marketing. Denise has always been very passionate about archery and would like to provide any support and expertise possible to help develop those programs that help grow the sport and encourage athlete development. Denise currently resides in Pleasant View, Utah.
Sheri Rhodes - Director
As a lifetime member of this association, Sheri has been involved with archery at many levels, including as a college coach for more than 20 years. She has served national teams as program director, team coach and team leader. Sheri currently resides in Sacramento, California.
