JOAD archers are provided opportunities beyond the age of 18 via the NAA's College Club program, which includes some 45 clubs and teams. Collegiate archers compete at college meets and in the college division of open tournaments. The top ten male and top ten female shooters from the U.S. Intercollegiate Championship earn All-American status each year. These All-Americans are invited to a training camp at an Olympic Training Center each year.
The NAA Foundation College Scholarship Program annually awards up to eight $500 scholarships to students attending colleges or universities with College programs, as well as administering two more scholarships in the name of Karl Radde.
