Although the NAA is housed at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, it is an independent entity. A number of national governing bodies for various sports share the administrative and training facilities at the training center. The U.S. Olympic Committee also operates training centers in Lake Placid, New York and Chula Vista, California.
